These Terms govern your use of the Nova website and the Nova desktop application for macOS. By installing or using Nova you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.
These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Nova GmbH. They apply to the website, the Nova desktop application, and any paid licenses you may purchase.
Some features (license activation, support tickets) require an account. You are responsible for keeping your password and license keys confidential. Notify us at [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Nova is available as a one‑time purchase. You pay once and receive a perpetual license for the version available at the time of purchase, including all future updates. All purchases are final, subject to the refund policy below.
Every paid license is covered by a 14‑day money‑back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy.

The Nova name, logo, website content and software are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use Nova in accordance with these Terms. All other rights are reserved.
Nova is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error‑free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the license or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding its conflict of law rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is Berlin, Germany, unless mandatory consumer‑protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
